Auto-synching with playlists still gives duplicates

OK, I have read practically all of the related posts on the subject of synching to an ipod and am still getting duplicates. I have set up MM to auto-sync using playlists and have checked the option to delete tracks if they aren't on the auto-sync list. I do not use any other software (e.g. iTunes) to synch to my ipod.

My playlists are currently set up as below (but obviously all checked when synching). I have also previously set up the playlists so that they are all "parent" playlists but both arrangements lead to duplicate tracks/albums on the ipod. The same albums may appear on both the "Uncut 150 Greatest Albums of the Decade" and the "Pitchfork - Top 200 Albums of c21" but the albums only appear once in my MM library and on my physical hard drive.


Any suggestions or other questions regarding my set-up that may lead to a resolution would be gratefully received. I am using the latest version of MM Gold, running Windows 7 and have an 80gb video ipod.
