Got invalid pointer error on first album I tried. I have minimum set to 250x250.

I'm having a problem. When BAF starts I get
Error#-2147467261-htmlfile invalid pointer

File:C:Program Files(X86)MediaMonkey\Scripts\Auto\BatchArtfinder.Vbs,Line: 1687, Column:6
I have Windows 7 64 Bit and this is the first time I've had an issue with Batch Art Finder

Same here, also under Windows 7 64 Bit. I'm using MM 3.2.0.1294. Reinstalling BAF 3.2 doesn't help, even though I never had that kind of trouble with 3.2.

Have you tried running IE8 and running through any setup questions that appear?

Neither IE8 64 or 32 has any quarrels. I usually use Firefox 3.6.2. only.
I just deinstalled BAF 3.2 and installed 3.3 again and straight away had an "invalid pointer error" again. Now I only get "error executing script event".
I activated "Create debug logfile" in the BAF mask but cannot find the logfile. Can you tell me the name/location of the file?

The last lines in the log identify the album causing the invalid pointer error or the error executing script event.

Does this help? I searched one artist and got the invalid pointer again.

I've fixed the encoding issue now. The "invalid pointer" errors are because Google have been messing about with their image results - I'll try and get this fixed tomorrow. For now, it's bed time! :)

All the code for my website and scripts is safely backed up immediately and for free using Dropbox.

New version (3.4) is now available to download from my website. Changes include...

- Fixed errors when image path doesn't already exist
- Fixed problem with encoding search urls
- Fixed "invalid pointer" errors when using google
- Added "www.albumartexchange.com" as a source
- Added image count to details panel on left

When using "AlbumArtExchange" as a source you will need to make sure that you're logged into the website via IE first, otherwise you will start getting captcha requests which stop this script searching automatically.

It should. The cookies aren't shared across browsers.
