Galaxy S Syncronization

Post by SSMI »

Recently I got a Samsung Captivate which like most of the other Galaxy S phones has two micro SD cards. It has a user replaceable one and one internally. When browsing the phone the internal one is seen with the external one being mounted in a folder on the internal. When connected to the computer they show up as two separate drives in windows. Is there any way to do a synchronization that takes into account the size of both cards and syncs the music to them both with out overlapping and sets up the playlists correctly?

I had the same problem and I finally decided to split my music in two. I used the AutoPlaylist feature to calculate the exact size of the files I wanted to sync and then I added the rules for syncing. Having all my music in big genres made things easier. Not an elegant solution but I works.
