Music won't play

I have MM 4.0.0.1359 installed on Win7 64 bit Sp1

All my music appears in the library but half the songs won't play. I just double click on the song and nothing happens. Most are mp3 but some flac have the same issue. I know the path is correct because if i right click the song in the library and then click properties, copy the file path and paste it into windows explorer then MM4 opens right up and starts playing the song. It even appears bold in the library.

I believe this problem started after I used the auto organize rule. I have tried using "clear database", "Maintain Library", and the "Add/Rescan files to the library" options but still the music won't play after the library is reloaded. I also uninstalled the program and reinstalled.
