Rip CD/FreeDB Lookup only available in CD node [#8325]

The Tools menu options to rip the CD or lookup on FreeDB are only available when the root CD node is selected. Any other node including the CD node under My Computer show these menu items greyed out.

Seen on 1424 on XP. Can anyone confirm?
