Hi Folks,
I'm a bit confused by this whole "types" thing in mm4 (i assume it wasn't around in mm3 - i don't remember seeing it). I used to control my collection by defining the music node to not include tracks with the genre "books & spoken". Now, however, the music node is made up of tracks of "type" music. How do I make a type "books & spoken"? Or, is that not the way I should be going about it? I tried excluding the genre "books & spoken" from the music node, but didn't seem to work.
thanks!

You can edit the Music Collection under Tools > Options > Media Tree if you have MediaMonkey Gold.
Type is determined on initial scan and as followed: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... al#p299374

Thanks. Would you categorize lectures and the like as type "Music" or "Audiobook"? I'm leaning towards audiobook, as I assume that keeps a bookmark.
Re: file types in mm4
Bookmarks can be enable for any Type under Tools > Options > Playback Rules. Although I would consider it audiobook too.
