Where to post bugs ... not showing up in Mantis

Where do you post bugs so they get into mantis and someone actually looks/works on them?

I have posted a couple bugs and find that others are having similar problems but there is nothing in Mantis about them. I did find one, # 0010116 talks about duplicate tracks but it shows as resolved. It isn't resolved here. The pausing issue isn't noted that can find.

So am i posting this in the wrong area?

The bugs need to be reproduced by a developer or mod before they are entered in Mantis.

You're not really supposed to open tickets for beta issues unless you're specifically asked to submit a debug log.

Please, show me where in the "Reporting bugs" thread (for MMA) that it says anything about opening a help ticket.

Don't worry .. i wont open a ticket. Either they get fixed or they don't
