MMA Won't start on Nexus 9 / Lollipop [#12699]

I have a new Note 4 from Sprint with Lollipop 5.0.1 on it. Everything is stock, but not able to get MMA to load. I get the above message. I have no way to open MMA and make it work, nor get any logs or anything. Any suggestions? I have tried, both the beta and the current versions, sideloading and from the play store. Nothing works, so far.

I have 1.1.12.0415. I know my post was moved, but I am curious why I did not get an email that an update was done? lol

I have also tried the beta build after uninstalling and even attempting to reboot, to no avail. My Note 4 is from Sprint and has 5.0.1. The strange thing is, before one of my refreshes for the phone it worked fine, so I was shocked when it didn't work this time around. Is there a known build that DOES work?

Is there an update on this? I miss miss miss my MMA. I have resorted to the Google Music app, which I do not like at all

Just tried 418 a few minutes ago, still same thing, open program, it force closes. I know that I have used it before with lollipop. Not sure what happened, overall.

Hi,
from what i read on Internet on some devices you need to do factory reset prior or after LP update. I have Nexus 7 on LP 5.1.1 and MMA works without any issues.

This is when I started having problems, of sorts, at least for me. I got my Note 4 a couple months ago, started with 4.4.4 on it, no problems with MMA. Phone/system updated the phone to 5.0.2 within hours of me activating, still no problems with MMA. But, due to issues with the update, I had to factory wipe/reset phone no less than 6-8 times. Never did figure out what the problem was, but once I was able to install all my apps to my phone, as they had been with KK, MMA was the only that had issues. I am concerned about doing another factory reset on my phone and that MMA might still not work. Any other suggestions, as this time? Is there a log file created for the Android version even when the app doesn't open properly?
