Hello. I am a MM Gold customer. I have been on the forum before but have lost all my usernames and passwords. So I had to create another for the forum.
As said I lost all my usernames/passwords. In Support there is a place to deal with lost passwords, but none for lost usernames so I have been unable to get to support without logging in. In my registry HKEY/SOFTWARE/MEDIA MONKEY it shows my username as "Douglas Bonnecarrere", but it is not recognized as my username when I try to reset my password. And emailing MM gets me an email that says to login to support. Hard to do without a username/password. So I can't update my MM Gold product or contact support. So my question is; How can I recover or reset my username/password, or how can I actually contact Support without a username/password? Thanks

Re: Lost username/password for MM Support
There are 3 totally independent accounts you're dealing with:
1) Your License: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... is-invalid
2) Your License store account: https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... icense-key (the account you made to purchase MediaMonkey)
3) Your MediaMonkey Forum/Support account (unrelated and unconnected to your License)
Thus you can login with your new account to Support and ask them about the License if you can't resolve yourself from the above link (include Order Number if possible, otherwise date (year) and email of purchase). Provide your MediaMonkey account email if you want to see if they can find your old MediaMonkey account.
