Synncing MMA

Hi,
Newbie here. I am using MMW 2024 (Gold) and syncing to MMA pro. Everything syncs fine except a folder called 'Classicial'. I cannot see why this is not happening. I get an error message on MMA saying, 'Mediamonkey android check free space in the servers temp folder'. I have checked the temp folder on my laptop and cleared it, also changed where the temp files are store, but keep getting this error message. I think it's when converting. So my questions are:
1. How to get the Clissical folder ro sync onto MMA?
2. Solve the temp folder no space error?
3. Solve the conversion when syning?

I'm sure theu are all connectected. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to MM.

re 1.: Check if you have Classical Folder Created and assigned/granted in MMA library and if not please create/grant access.
re 2.: In MMW Go To Tools -> Library -> Media Sharing an dcheck where converted tracks were cached and make adjustments as needed, Same goes for General Temp older and Streaming Cache folder. That should resolve Temp issue information.
re 3.: Each Device can have own COnversion settings that can be manually changed and adjusted so no conversation happens. To do that go to devices and services -> Device profile -> Sync profile tab and then customize conversation settings and even correct supported formats so that MMW assume some format is supported on device and do not need to convert it.

Let us know if that fixed your problems.
