Problem with "Locate Moved/Missing Tracks..."

Hi

I have just had to rebuild my PC and as a result my library has moved from a now non-existant G drive to an F drive. I have run the locate missing moved tracks options but it seems to not be finding a variety of tracks. For example:

On many albums it has found most of the tracks (in FLAC) but will not find the tracks to which I have assigned a rating.

In other cases it is missing whole albums. Even to the extent of finding one album by an artist, but not another!

I have checked that the files are there, and I am stumped as to why certain things are being missed. Anyone have any ideas what could be going on?

Yes, this solution works, but the "Locate moved/missing tracks"-function should find all songs in the given directories ?!?!?!
