Seems to be resolved with 1485, great job!Musa wrote:Since, I've synced my Iphone 4 / IOS 5.0.1 / WIn7X64 with build 1483, the sync won't finished when I try to make a one in itunes, it's stuck on "EN attente d'éléments à copier" in french. It means that Itunes wait for element to be copied on the iphone. If I try to close the sync it don't work, i'm obliged to disconnect my iphone.
I tried to make a clean sync by syncing music with itunes but it don't resolve my problem.

Re: [1484] Itunes stuck on sync
Seems better on 1485 but, after a few sync, I was not able to view the playlist on the Iphone so I restarted it and re-syncing after that it was ok; so I think it stay a few bugs but it really better now.Musa wrote:my latest playlist synced is not listed on my iphone, debug http://dl.dropbox.com/u/18969432/1484_sync.rar
I can see that there is some errors like this:Playslist name [last_starred]Code: Select all

EDIT: The playlist is viewable when I browse my iphone on MM but not in my iphone
I will post a debug log asap;
Re: [1484] Sync problem
fyi, my experience with 4.0.5 is that it works as it should--except for tracks that were synced by builds 1482-84 in which case some tracks/playlists that should have been deleted, aren't. The workaround in my test environment was to delete everything from the device in MM, then sync a single track via iTunes. From that point on, everything worked as expected.

Re: [1484] Sync problem
sorry if this has been documented elsewhere but could you elaborate a bit more on the sync a single track via iTunes workaround or re-direct me to wherever this has been discussed? thanks.rusty wrote:fyi, my experience with 4.0.5 is that it works as it should--except for tracks that were synced by builds 1482-84 in which case some tracks/playlists that should have been deleted, aren't. Re: [1484] Sync problem
Just use iTunes to sync a single track to your device. After that close iTunes, open MediaMonkey and sync as normal to your device.

Sorry, got a bit tied up at the weekend. Yes, the tracks in question all played fine in MM itself. I will try 1485 though and see how that goes.
Re: [1484] Sync problem
Can confirm that whatever the problem was, it has gone away in 1485. Hurrah! Will keep trying it though and make notes of anything that goes wrong.
