Re: Serious bug with "Tab Controller" [#11912]
Greetings all,
I have discovered another way of getting the error to occur, quite by accident.
This is the sequence of events, which is very very similar to what Pathduck did:
1) Open a fresh copy of mediamonkey.exe
2) select some tunes
3) click on tools - auto organize files to generate an auto organize tab
4) click on the cancel button
5) 'X' remains on the the last tab, regardless of whether the tab says music, search, podcast, or whatever
6) click on the 'X' and you get the crash, every single time
It's always line 328 of TabsManager.pas
The only way I can then get rid of it is taskkill /f /im mediamonkey.exe
Then, strangely, when I re-open mediamonkey I get 3 music tabs.
Lastly, I found a page saying the issue is fixed in build 4.1.1, but I can't find that to download it. I'm running 4.1.0.1692 on Win 7 pro 32 bit
