If you look back just a page or so, you'll see I've noted that there's a problem with the native plugin after it submits a cache: it doesn't restart. Because caching is inevitable with last.fm's "dodgy response" system, I've disabled MM's plugin for now and gone back to using Winamp's standalone as that cache process is at least reliable.

As for AutoRateAccurate hindering the plugin, I don't think so. I ran ARA and the native plugin together for some time and when the latter did scrobble, ARA didn't bother it.
Will the winamp plugin work with MM3? I didn't think it did whicj is why I'm using this one. Did you find a work around to make it work?

Peke, you should submit your scrobbler plugins to http://build.last.fm/

Congrats on the good work *on troubleshooting* spacefish 8) !

To all friends involved,

The scrobbler plugin is working great for me, no more having to watch that horrible screen "update me" of the last.fm client.

Since the job is very well done by now, I would suggest using the same structure to catch playcounts from an Ipod during synchronization and upload the songs to Last.fm... I know it's not simple like that, but that would definetly be a way to make our loved MM a standalone scrobbling machine ;-)

I second that idea. I currently use Lastpod to upload my played tracks to Last.fm, but it would be great if MM could do that as well. Great job btw.

They've hidden the link under the Widgets section.

I get a "default playlist doesn't exist. Last.fm DJ will now exit."-Error when i drag one song to an empty playlist and start it. That song is added to list one more time and the error comes up.

Any Idea how i can solve that?

Solved it!
I had renamed the Top 50 Playlist as i'm German but now it's working! :D

...though it associates Eurythmics and Art of Noise.. but that's probably lastFM's fault.. ;)
