Plugin doesn't seem to do anything for me. Auto-DJ is enable, tracks are added to last.fm but always just plays the next song. No AUTO-DJ type functionality.

I'm working to make new native plugin available for next Public Alpha/Beta Version of MM (If All internal tests goes well) and hoping that most Submission (or better say no submission) issues will be solved. But that you users will need to Decide after it goes public.

BTW I didn't tell you that ;)

P.S. Do not ask me for timeframe for release.

Both Plug-ins installed with a few false starts. Tip for anyone trying, read these pages and try everything. Also make sure you've got your Last.FM details right... :D

Only thing is that the Last.FM DJ occasionally throws up repeated tracks in the playlist, even if I set the same-artist-delay for a long time.

Also, in a far future edition, could you give the option to only scrobble from certain folders? I listen to loads of podcasts but I don't want them taking up space on my profile. At the moment I'm disabling the plug-in manually when I want to listen to them, but for conveniences sake, perhaps it's something that could be implemented in the next or final version.

Life is not so simple: There is a problem with the timestamp, but it's not GMT. Yesterday I listened through MM, and then I listened to one of my Last.fm neighbors, but the MM scrobled music appears an hour after the neighbor. My time zone is GMT+2 (or GMT+3, Summer Saving Clock). Also, when I listen through MM, the Recently Listened Tracks appear in reverse order.

Will be fixed in next version I'm in +1 (or GMT+2, Summer Saving Clock).

This is something that we plan to make for final if not for next version of plugin.

Installed plug-in and was having trouble with only Now playing showing in last.fm no tracks being scrobbled. Read this thread !!! and found the remark about only tracks in library being scrobbled. Added the tracks I was playing to my library and hey presto !!!

Great Plug-In

Stopped Scrobbling Out of the Blue

Post by hicksenterprises »

According to Last.FM their server is working.

I tried the re-enter the password trick

All my songs are being cached. This is the beginning of the log. just before this it was scrobbling fine.

It appears LastFM DJ is working fine.

Any suggestions?

I clicked the check box next to "Force Connection" and it seems to be working now.

Don't know what the change was, but its working now.

I am looking forward to the Native plug in working

Please Help! I installed the plugin and it seems fine, because on Last.fm it shows that I am listening to the song, but when I finish listening to the song, it doesn't show that I scrobbled it, it just disappears!

I just installed the Last.FM service. On the options, what is 'enablealbumtagged'? Thanks. D.

I had this too, and it was due to the file being played not being in the library

@spacefish
New last.fm API v2.0 and protocol v1.2.1 will exclude need for interaction with client even more. There is finally progress there.
BTW I like how new last.fm site looks

@studley
That means that track that will be submitted must contain Album information also which is not required by last.fm.
