kein Problem. Will den Bug ja auch so schnell als möglich ausmerzen.

Ne, es kann nicht daran liegen, dass es kein BasisRating besitzt, denn da macht das Skript gar keinen Unterschied. Wäre ja immer der Fall, wenn neue Songs aufgenommen werden und da passiert bei mir nichts.

Wie gesagt, wäre super, wenn du mir dein Problem genauer schildern könntest, sobald das Problem neu auftritt! Solange werde ich wohl mit der Veröffentlichung der finalen Version noch warten...

After my previous post I uninstalled AAR and waited for a new release. Now I am trying out the RC4 and it bugs me. "Unexspected script event" or something (why cannot these errors be copy/paste, would make life easier)

Sorry about that Berny, I was just reading something else in the forum and got confused. Must be getting late.

I can add that even now when I disabled AAR the first message pop up saying "unexpected error during script execution", but the other one does not show up. Playback is interrupted, but continues when clicking ok on the error.

Running the newest MM beta.

Oh, do you just updated to XP SP3? Some people mentioned such problems with dates but I couldn't track them. The other users reported that the problem happened because XP changed the time fomrat in the regional settings. Instead of "am" and "pm" it changed it toi "a.m." and "p.m.". So the other useres fixed the problem by changing the settings back in the regionalsettigns-options.

But can you maybe send me the mediamonkey.ini? It's stored in "C:\Documents and Settings\your-username\Local Settings\MediaMonkey\ I think. Would be a big help.

@svenni: That's really strange because that's a completely different problem... Could you try to completely uninstall the script with removing the settings and install it again?

in AutoRateStarter.vbs line 1698 column 4

I'm using 2.2 RC5

Any ideas

No errors here, Berny. Using MM 1177 and Vista HP SP1 (x86). Oh, I will note that the version listed in the options says RC4. I know I installed it however since that link above is showing the "visited" color.

Found the problem - a previous script had put the last played date wrong in custom5 field which caused the problem - found the song and removed the field and all is now fine.

Well, I just saw that I didn't included the last version of the script in the published RC5-package...

@spacefish: That's nice to hear!

@PhilDG: Should be solved in the next build.

@svenni: I searched in the internet a bit and I think that it's related to the windows-problem mentioned here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951978
They are working on a bugfix. But I'll have a look if I can bypass the problem somehow...

Looks like the problem was caused by a previous version as I've removed the offending data and it's working fine now although seems a bit slower?
