m4a tags not read correctly

Post by thepsychochiapet »

Howdy. On MM3 alpha 2, .m4a tags, specifically the tags for track and disk number, are not being read. Artist, album, track name, etc... all seem to be read correctly. Also, I don't know if iTunes stores song ratings in the tags, but if it's in the tags then MM is certainly not reading it.

Also, when one tries to switch from the aqua skin (the built in one) to the windows system default, the program saves the changes in the options panel but does not put them into effect, even after a restart of the program. The aqua skin also seems to be very sluggish, much more sluggish than MM2 in windows system themed mode, however this is probably not a bug, but just a result of this laptop.

I hope this helps.

All my m4a-files come up with Track "1" in MM3 Alpha 2. The other fields seem OK.

When I correct the tracknumber, the change is registered in the database, not in the tag.
