Edit Full Albums

I've downloaded a number of mp3's that are full albums -- sometimes identified as "albumwraps", sometimes not. Are there any editors out there (freeware) that can take an mp3 like this and break them up into individual tracks? What I'd like to be able to do is burn these to audio cd's, rather than data cd's, but be able to select tracks when I'm playing them.
