3.0.1.1127 doesn't remember the auto-organise file settings

In v2.5 the auto-organise settings were remembered - I could close MM and when I opened it again afterwards the settings were still there. This is not the case in MM3 - it is very frustrating to set it up every time I run MM.

I've just tried and works fine if you'll not cancel Auto-organize dialog. Haven't you any specific settings (MM.ini location etc.) ?
Anybody else have same problem ?

I just checked and I see it works. I remember now what happened last time which made it seem that it doesn't work. After changing my auto-organise file settings I tried something with the synch tool a bit later which made MM crash. When I started MM after the crash the auto-organise settings were gone. I guess the settings are only saved when MM closes, i.e., doesn't crash. Maybe it could be changed to save it as soon as it is changed?
