iPod: Sync back to pc problem

Hi,
first a question: Is it true that I don't really need the "sync back to pc"-option to just get the playcounter and lastplayed? I think so but am not sure...

But now to the problem: I just activated that feature before syncing my fresh restored ipod. It synched normally. Then I listened to some songs on the ipod and synched again - no problem. Then I started sync again to see if it's really synched and as expected it had nothing to copy because I just synched it before. But then I changed some rating of songs on the pc (with AutoRateAccurate but this shouldn't make a difference) and synched again. Now MediaMonkey told me that it wants to synch some changed songs from the ipod to the pc - but I changed nothing on the ipod I even didn't disconnect it since the last sync. Any ideas?

You are right, I was able to reproduce the problem, it will be fixed in the next release.

However, as you correctly wrote, you don't need this feature in order to sync playcounter.

Cool, thanks. I'll probably also report some other problems because the album arts aren't correct anymore. But I'll first wait for the new release maybe something has changed.
