Analyze Volume problem on big/long mp3s

Post by FreaQ »

Hello,

I have several radio recordings, which are about 7 Hours long. When I do an "Analzy Volume" on these tracks with MM 3.0.2.1134 the volume is not analyzed and tagged.
The strange thing: I think this since MM 3
In MM 2.5.5.x there were no such problems beacause all files I have done with MM 2.5.5.x are tagged correctly with the analyzed volume. Even an 12 hours mp3 is analyzed and tagged.

If you select only this single track it isn't analyzed properly? You can try to e-mail me a debug log or even the track itself (use probably something like rapidshare.com).

Yes it is not anaylzed properly. Analyzing is starting, but after one second or less it aborts.
And as far as I can say the file is not corrupted.

Where do I fnd the debug log?

I will up the file later the day. It is about 600 MB :D

Before I get to start downloading, can you confirm that MM can properly play these tracks? And can it convert them e.g. to WAV or any other format?

All Tracks play fine in MM.

Converting to WAV is also possible and the wav-track plays also fine.
Also tried OGG. Everything fine.
