Hi guys,
I can't seem to find out this strange anomaly with Media Monkey: at my company we have it on two different computers. On one computer, the team tags the files -- It then appears tagged on their MediaMonkey. When they press Shift+Enter though, some of the tags that they just made are not there!
My computer is connected to the same hard drive/server they are, and so I check those files. Some of the tags they put through worked, but the ones that didn't work when they went back into it, of course, did not show up on my computer either.
Now, when I retag the parts of the file that didn't get tagged, it works and goes through on BOTH our MediaMonkey's (after we "add/rescan").
Why would it work on mine, but not his?
Why would it tag some parts of the file, but not others on his?
Thanks,
--Sean

Maybe the other computer doesn't have write access to the mp3s? Hard to say...
