I don't know if this is new to 2.3 but when you select several tracks in any tracklist then hit DEL to remove them, once removed the selection remains so new tracks are selected.
To me, deleting a selection should let an empty selection after the operation is complete, as this could lead to errors.
Edit:
This occurs when you have tracks remaining after removing the initial selection. And from NP: only with the 2 last options ("remove from NP, lib" & "remove from NP, lib, PC").
Selection remains after deletion

Selection remains after deletion
Octopod,
I tested this on RC-3 and selection doesn't remain after deletion on my system.
I tested:
Delete tracks from Library only in Library/Location nodes
Delete tracks from Library and PC in Library/Location nodes
Delete tracks from Library in Artist nodes
Does it occur with all nodes on your system?

Rusty,
I did not test with all nodes (because i would need to removed tracks from my lib to reproduce
) , but here are steps that should highlight the problem:
- select an album and send it to NP window
- from NP window, select tracks 2,3,4 and hit DEL
- choose 'remove from NP & lib' or 'remove from NP, lib & PC'
- now tracks 2,3,4 are removed and tracks 5,6,7 are selected in the NP window
You can do this at least from NP window and NP tracklist.
Hope this helps.
