Zen Owners - Is There Another Program to Sync With?

Fellow Creative Zen Owners:

Other than Creative's crappy software or Microsoft's WMP is there another program out there to successfully sync a Zen with? I am looking for something that allows you to select the folder directory in the \Music\ folder. As well as something that is able to sync successfully each time without causing the Zen to crash and force you to either rebuild or re-format it on a regular basis, as well as does not cause numerous duplicates after several sync procedures. As seen here this is the one area where MM is not up to the challenge. I am not giving up on using MM, I am just giving up on it syncing my player(s).
