Hi,
I use the latest MM alpha to sync my mp3 files to my iPod. I use the "sync only selected" mode to update the files on my iPod. If I select a MM playlist and select "sync only selected" the songs are transferred to the iPod but I can't find the playlist there. What am I doing wrong ?
Is there a possibility to select only certain playlists to be synchronized automatically ?

iPod not synchronizing playlists
Moderator: Gurus
I upgraded my installtion to alpha3, but still can not synchronize my playlists. All files are copied to the ipod but I can not access the playlists on my ipod via Music -> Playlists.
What am I doing wrong ? If I select to copy the m3u Playlists to the ipod they are stored in iPod_Control\Playlists\ on the ipod but can not be accessed. I assume, the playlists must be stored somewhere in the ipod db.
Does the "Synchronize to iTunes styles folders" setting has any effect ?

Case solved!
I solved the issue, at least in my case, the problem was that the path to synchronize tracks had reset to default and wasn't considering the mask I had been using (\Music\<Artist:10>\<Title:15>).
I don't know why the mask is important, since i'm using iTunes style folders and all the songs played just fine even if their playlists were missing.
So, I put the mask back on, synchronized, some songs from my iPod actually were retransfered and alleluyah! The playlists reappeared as misteriously as they had disappeared.
I hope this helps you.

I tried setting the mask you submitted, but this doesn't work at all
Even If I select this mask, the playlists doesn't appear on my iPod. After selecting the iTunes styles folders, the files are synchronized to the Fxx folders, wich appear to be correct.
Any comments from the developpers ?
By the way, the problem appeared to me on Version alpha2.
