Files are not syncing to my Music folder in a MicroCard

Hi.
I want to sync a bunch of music to my phone and syncing a microcard which I insert into my computer (with an adapter). In the Device settings option, I have this structure: \Music\<Artist>\<Album>\<Title> But when I click sync, all the songs are copied to the root folder. How can I change this?

I have EXACTLY the same problem with my HTC EVO. Same settings as you, but the music is being copied to the root directory ("L:\" in my case).
