This is pretty awesome. Grooveshark is one of my favorites.... I wish there were an easy way to sync my mediamonkey database with my grooveshark account/grooveshark playlists.

Actually I found this thing that uploads playlists from spotify, lastfm, and itunes to grooveshark. Nothing for MM though.
