Itunes 10.2 safe to download?

Hi, just wondering if anyone knows if the iTunes update pushed out today breaks compatibility or is safe to download for users of MM who own idevices. :oops:

I just updated to the latest itunes 10.2 but it hasn't broken anything with my iPhone 4. MediaMonkey 3.2.4 still detects it after upgrading (I have an iPhone 4 OS 4.2.1).
