I'm using a playlist for my Auto DJ and I found that after running for a while it loaded the same song twice in a row.
I removed the duplicate from now playing and on the very next addition to Now Playing by Auto DJ it loaded the song that I just removed.
This particular playlist only contains 65 songs. (It's one of my many "listen & classify" lists)
Can something be done to improve the randomness?

Re: Auto DJ needs a tickle
True randomness will include situations like you describes. What you are after is a more "human" weighted randomness that excludes certain conditions like playing the same song twice in a row (or even within a certain number of songs), or playing multiple songs from the same album in a row. I'm sure algorithms exist to do this, no idea how to implement them for MM.
Re: Auto DJ needs a tickle
You should look at the criteria Last Played in AutoPlaylists and use AutoPlaylists with Auto-DJ. This will eliminate the repeat of the same song in most cases (it only applies when adding tracks, thus when a track is added that is already on the Now Playing, but not yet played it will still get added).
