Album art preview not displayed properly

Hi,

With the release of MM 1664 an old bug is back: Album art preview is not displayed when playing the track for the first time. Re-starting the track makes the album art appear.

So to give an example: I play track 1 and the artwork of track 1 is displayed. I start track 2, but the artwork of track 1 is still displayed. I start track 2 again, and artwork of track 2 is displayed.

When the wrong artwork is displayed, double-clicking it displays the correct artwork in large format.

My id3 tags are perfect (verified by MP3 diags) and my artwork never exceeds 800x800 pixels in JPG format.

I hope you can fix this.

I cannot replicate and also I don't remember a change in the last builds that could influence it.
Which was the last working build for you?

Just to ensure, do you mean showing of artwork in the 'Art & Details' window when [Now Playing] tab is selected, right?

Hi Ludek,

No, I mean the artwork that is displayed in the default player that comes up using <CTRL-ALT-L>.

I remember the last final version also had this problem, when I started to use the beta's it was gone; until 1664, there the problem was back again.

Oh, I see, you use a skin with Player that has embedded artwork.

Nevertheless I still cannot replicate your issue. Also there haven't been a change that could have an impact on it. Could you test the previous beta to see if it is really working. It sounds to me that it could be a random issue that is appearing to you.

The other info on the player is correct? How exactly you start the playback? Could you attach a screengrab image/video?

Anyone else experiences this issue?
