Error executing SQL "SELECT songs id"

Post by Kalopsiaphi »

Hi there.
When I try to get MM to scan/rescan library I get this code and it freezes. (windows 7)

I am using iPhone and iPod. Most of my library has been moved to MM so I am not ticking "itunes" boxes to scan. Could that be the problem?

There was a problem querying the database:
Error executing SQL "SELECT Songs.Id
FROM Songs WHERE Songs.PlayCounter + (Songs.PlaybackPos *1.0/Songs.SongLength) >0 ORDER BY Songs.LastTimePlayed DESC AND Songs.ID=?
":near "AND": syntax error(1,1)

Thanks!

Arrgh

Now I am getting -
Access violation at address 00A8564B in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'.
Write of address 00000040.

When I try to auto tag from web. (discogs)

It had been working fine. What did I screw up ?! :/

Are you only scanning when you get the first error (not using Addons like Discogs mentioned in the second post?)? Which version of MediaMonkey are you running?

A debug log (step 4b) send to support should show more: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=69

I am using MediaMonkey_4.1.0.1692. (windows 7).
It happens when scanning, auto-tag from web, and generally trying to update my library.
The player freezes up also and I get:

There was a problem querying the database:
Error executing SQL "SELECT Songs.Id
FROM Songs WHERE Songs.PlayCounter + (Songs.PlaybackPos *1.0/Songs.SongLength) >0 ORDER BY Songs.LastTimePlayed DESC AND Songs.ID=?
":near "AND": syntax error(1,1)
AND
Access violation at address 00A8564B in module 'MediaMonkey.exe'.
Write of address 00000040.

LOL THEN when I downloaded MM Debug I got :

CreateProcess failed; code 740
The requested operation requires elevation.

I have gotten this before about 6 weeks ago. MM been working well since then.

No "gold" tab to click this time. Although the Help>about said I was running the current gold version the "auto-organize" etc was grayed out.
I made sure I was administrator on everything and rebooted a couple times before I got "Gold options" again.

STILL getting the other errors though.
Have now downloaded the manual debug view.

You must select some file or files in order to use "auto-organize". That's why it was greyed out.

Hi Ludek

I downloaded the beta version. Not sure what fix you are referring to the SQL warning popped right up.

No problem with the 740 error though.
Debug has been sent. Hopefully the file went through.

Thanks

I got a response.

Told me to try the latest build (1700) and closed the ticket.

I reopened it and sent the latest file from the new build.

Meanwhile it still kinda works. It just yells at me first.
