I think it would be nice to choose the capitalisation for each tag field you add to auto-organise files.
In that way, it would be very easy to always have file extensions in lowercase, to have the artist in uppercase while the song title is in lowercase, to use the casing as it is in the tags, to use Capital letter for first word of the field, or for every separate word in the field, ...
e.g. <Artist|X>
where X could mean:
_0: keep capitalisation as in tags
_1: complete field as lowercase
_2: complete field as uppercase
_3: capital letter for first letter of the field
_4: capital letter for first letter of every word in the field
I know this is already possible by scripting (deuhh..
), but I think it would make separate scripts to archieve this unneccesary, while providing a handy, clean and common way and being very user-adaptable.ADDITION: ""it would be very easy to always have file extensions in lowercase"" --> for that, a checkbox or a global MediaMonkey setting to choose between lowercase/uppercase/unchanged extensions would be nice (because the extension isn't part of the auto-organising mask so this <Artist|X> thingy wouldn't be usable for extensions).
