Addon to play higher rated songs more often?

I don't know where else to ask this, but I'm looking for an add-on or simply configuring a playlist that will use my Rating ID3 tag to play better songs a little more often than the lower rating songs. Kind of how a radio station will play the most popular song once an hour, but an older song a few times only per day.

Hi,
There is no need for an addon, Create three+ Auto Playlist playlists where:
1. one will have for example These criteria: RATING = 5Stars, Last played >1h, LIMIT 1, SORT Random Z..A
2. Second These criteria: RATING >= 4Stars, Last played >24h, LIMIT 5, SORT Random Z..A
3. Third these criteria: Playlist FIRST ONE, Playlist SECOND ONE

So That third playlist will have 6 Tracks where First will be Highly rotated track and 5 Tracks that are popular but not played past 24h
