You can access the Setting in MediaMonkey from the menu by tapping the settings gear icon. Then tap General to be able to change the following general settings.

  • Battery optimization, will take you to the settings for battery optimization on your device. This setting is shown till used. Many devices will aggressively kill apps to improve device battery live. This can interfere with background playback in which case you'd want to disable battery optimization for MediaMonkey.
  • Send crash logs automatically will send logs from MediaMonkey crashes automatically to MediaMonkey. Crash logs are a valuable tool to help make MediaMonkey work better.
    • You can manually send logs after any event in MediaMonkey from Settings > Help by tapping Send logs.
