Ok, I understand. It will stay like it does on the picture. That's the I like it. I think I can stand the border. It was just a small problem if any at all. Thanks for your attention.

you can make the playlist only so large the size of the player i think controls that dock area on the bottom but you can add things in there to fill in the side and shrink the player down.

you can also move the player around to different dock areas like the upper and middle right side where it will also shrink.

there is it seems be a dock area just under the directory tree.
and just above the bottome wide one. try to get the player there and it is the same place as the mm 2 skins area.
it is tricky to move the player to some dock areas but it does work.
you can also just make the tree directory a little bigger then put the player there. and take the album art out and put it on top of the tree or on the other side of the screen?

this stretch and shrinking is the downfall when using skins with the old mm 2 style.

and i think everyone should bite the bullet and go to the new style of mm 3 skin's some of them can be made smaller in width to what ever the skinner made the player size to be when it is shrunk.

as a matter of fact the player stretching to the right is the mm 3 style of skin. some have the right side of the player also stretch which is what i did with the ones i converted for trixmoto.

but others are using the right side that stretches as transparent images so it does not show it is stretched and only uses the left side of the player skin. which is what i did with the tangerine monkey skin i did. the mm 3 skin has so much more ways to configure then the old mm 2 skin, that mm 3 is like a light year advanced from mm 2.

but the border you see is the background of the docking area. so some adjustment in the size of the tree or the docking area is needed if you want no borders.

Ah, I see. There is a known issue where the player isn't drawn correctly when its put into the tree. Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do about it that I know of; it happens with all skins and is due to the skinning engine. Hopefully its a bug that the MM team can fix.

i just took a closer look at your image. you have the player in the dock area of the directory tree. and the album art window.
left click the player some place and hold the mouse button down. and drag the player out of that docking area.
and put it in the bottom one. or move the album art view window out of the directory tree.

What white borders? Blue Monkey looks like this for me:

he can make the border image blue if the skin has one. or he can make the player background smaller in the theme editor to cut the white off if it is on the background image.
