I have a CD-ROM which carries a license key but when I tried to register
MediaMonkey Gold version 3, it displays 'incorrect' inspite of number of trials. What I find strange is that the structure of the key is of the form
XX-XX-XXXXXXXXX . Is this normal? Moreover, I have received a message from' The team of Element 5' asking me to perform 'copy' and
'paste' to solve the problem, generated automatically by their system filling out a complete page in the e-mail. I am not a novice in this field
having spent more than thirty years in the field of computers and communication technology.
I have already sent few messages to some people that are involved to
provide answers. So far there is nothing concrete yet which leads me to express my opinion in this forum. I would be very happy to know if anyone has faced this kind of problem and how it was resolved
Hoping to hear from you soon on this.
