Hi,

It depends on what level of detail you want, the Discogs entries sometimes contain everything from the liners, but obviously it's going to be a bit hit and miss. You could scan the sleeves and if you want them to be machine searchable, use an OCR application, otherwise add the scans as album artwork? Dates are already covered and the simple credits can be put into the composers, etc. fields. You could put who played what into the comments field or load the info from a text file into a custom panel.

Database for liner notes?

Hi,
I have my whole music collection (ca 700 CDs) on my harddisc in MP3 format. The CDs are packed away in boxes.I miss the liner notes because I don't always know who played on what and how long ago etc.
Is there a database somewhere that would allow me to get the info for my CDs and maybe even let me incorporate it somehow into the program?
