1. Once you check the comment checkbox you can enter any text that will be applied to all tracks being edited.

2. Comments are intended to be used mainly for longer texts, for shorter arbitrary texts there are 'custom' fields available. When you need to have the comment field easily at hand, use 'View|Properties', which always shows properties of the focused song.

I'm thinking about switching to MM from Media Jukebox, where I knew how to do this. The instructions in MM aren't really clear.

1. The comment box in the Edit Properties window is a bit confusing. Unlike the other fields, this one seems to show a compilation of all comments. How would one apply a single comment to the entire selection?

2. Why isn't this field available for display in the file list window?
