Yep, you got SqrSoft Advanced Crossfading Output Plug-in, which can be found on the MM website under add-ons / input/output plugins

You can also go to
http://classic.winamp.com to find plugins. Plugins from WinAmp should work in MM, but have not been tested. So the save option is to go with plugins on the MM website. If you feel adventurous you can get plugins from winamp and try these and post your findings in the forums (MM itself doesn't offer support for plugins, but other users might be able to help).
Just make sure that you get plugins from WinAmp2 as WinAmp3 is not supported in MM.
