I haven't tried Lyrics viewer yet.

What I like in minilyrics is the lrc support.
But unfortunately it can't embed it into the flac files.

For the record:

I uninstalled MiniLyrics and kept Lyrics Viewer.

MiniLyrics does a lot of interesting things (e.g., nicely synchronized lyrics), and is very configurable, but it's more than I need. Lyrics are editable, but the changes don't seem to be kept in the FLAC file.

Lyrics Viewer doesn't allow editing, but it is simple and otherwise fits the bill.

Thanks to both! Thought I had searched well, but ...

I'm testing both, and both seem to work nicely.

MiniLyrics allows easier editing. Lyrics View looks to have lower overhead.

Hello. This plugin will do what you want.

Download minilyrics: http://www.crintsoft.com/
Then download the minilyrics embedder: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewto ... minilyrics

Lyric pane?

I'm looking for a simple way to add a dynamic lyric pane to any of the basic skins. I know that Monkey Rok does this, but it comes with too much overhead. I looked at the skin-development tools and advice, and it's clearly WAY over my head, so I'm hoping someone has an easier suggestions. Ideally, what I'd like is:

Lyric pane
- moveable, placeable (much like the Album Art pane)
- dynamic (changes to reflect the song that's playing)
- editable (ability to correct lyrics on the fly - since that's when I tend to notice errors).

Any thoughts (scripts :-)) welcome
