You have to convert them. If you have a format that isn't supported by iPod, then you have to convert them when syncing. This is a feature that is inlcuded in MediaMonkey Gold, but you can do it manually also.

What format do you have your files in?

my new 60 gig ipod syncs fine with the files i download from morpheus. but it wont sync with CDs ive ripped. what do i do? please help
