Happens here in about 1 of 30 tracks. Player is a Samsung BD C-5500.

Yeah, I tried it again the other day. Frustrating! About 1 in 3 tracks abort playing 10 or so seconds in, moving to the next. Often in groups.

Appears to be another string about the same problem. It's higher up the Forum named "DLNA Chops of end of tracks". Seems to be an annoying constant issue.

Worse here, than on the initial 4.0 release... :(

It's working fine on my clients.

Thought I'd seen this had been addressed in one of the minor updates? Put 1462 on both (Win7) server and (XP) client last night, tried again, and it couldn't even play all the way through a single album. No conversion was used. MP3s were VBR, under 192, over a wireless connection that has zero problem streaming HD video. Seems to me this functionality is broken.

What device are you playing on and are you converting files?

I see still this on Sony TV (http://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=7489) and can partially be remedied by making sure you're converting to CBR MP3 when converting to MP3 and probably can be lessened when reducing the Encoding Quality.

Yeah, I see the same thing with DNLA-shared songs in MM4. Sometimes, it just skips to the next track a few seconds into one. Restart the problem track, and it plays through. Sometimes. Very random. I don't think what I'm seeing has anything to do with the media files in question.
