It would be logical if tracks would be marked as out of date, deleted, and resynced upon transcoder setting changes. Perhaps this is already intended, but if so then maybe this would be better worded as a bug since it doesn't work. Here's my scenario:
Set up device in MMW such that tracks are converted from native format to mp3.
Sync MMA 1.
Change settings in MMW to convert tracks to ogg.
Sync MMA 2.
I would expect any tracks synced in sync 2 to be deleted and resynced since the existing file is out of date from what MMW expects. Currently, I find that MM will just leave any track that is on the device alone.
