Info you need can be found in Help Menu under Disc Information.

More info is definitely needed--jiri retested this and it's working fine on our machines.

Does it occur with every CD-Extra cd that you have or only some?

I'd suggest that the best approach might be to:
1) generate a log of the problem (see http://www.songs-db.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=69)
2) send Jiri a CD that's causing the problem ;-)

After investigating a lot of things it is most likely a problem with my CD-Rom drive. Therefore I think it would be helpful if MediaMonky would display the CD-key (for CDPlayer.ini) and the DiscID (for FreeDB) in the status line. Then I could just copy the entry for this CD with the key that MediaMonkey requires.

CD-Extra

There seems still to be a problem with CD-Extra. I am using MediaMonkey 2.1 Gold. The problem occurs on WIN98SE and WinXP.
The track titles are in CDPlayer.ini but Media Monkey does not find them.
All other CD-Player programs or CDex find them.
I posted this problem already in march 2003.
If more details are required, please let me know.

Klaus
