Hi,

This is working on our S4 device. Can you provide a bit more information?

What version of Android is running on the device?
Are you using MMA build 214+ ?
Are you doing a USB sync or Wi-Fi sync?
Are you seeing any errors?
If Wi-Fi sync can you generate a log? If USB can you generate an MMW debug log?
Do the playlists initially sync and then disappear? or they don't sync at all?
etc...

Thanks.

Empty Playlists after reboot (Galaxy Note 2) [#11298]

Another unhappy MM 4 user here. I just purchased MM4 and spent 2 days building my library only to find out it will not sync my playlists on my new Samsung G4. Needless to say I am hot.

I installed latest code, no matter what I try the playlists wont sync. The music contained within the playlist will sync, the actual playlist itself will not.

I would go a different direction and abandon MM but nothing compares. Please fix this asap, I have no music for my car.
