Poor tags can cause this. Make sure that only the Albums tracks belong to the same Album (you can check with right click > Find More from Same > Album) and that all tracks have the same Artwork assigned. You may also want to delete the MM_UPNP_Images folder in the MediaMonkey Temp folder (set under Tools > Options > General).

I use MM as a server. (installed the service)
The problem is that album art on the other android devices in my network are mostly incorrect.
Sometimes muliple different songs have all the same album art.

What causes this problem ?
