I have a Gold lifetime licence for Windows PC. Could you please kindly send me a discount for the Androïd version?

Note that MediaMonkey for Windows and MediaMonkey for Android are licensed independently. If you have a MMW Gold license it doesn't give you an MMA Pro license (or vice versa). However, promotions will be offered to existing customers, providing a discount to complementary products.

I installed MediaMonkey first yes. Anyway I finally got it sorted out. Google posted my refund some 20 minutes later and I was able to start over. Still would prefer a more direct approach. Now on to learning how to use MediaMonkey on my "Smart" phone. Cheers.

MediaMonkey Pro is not a standalone app but a so-called unlocker. It won't do anything but unlock certain features and remove certain limitations of MediaMonkey oder MediaMonkey Beta.

You have to install MediaMonkey or MediaMonkey Beta first and then purchase MediaMonkey Pro.

The beta can be downloaded and sideloaded:

Why can't we buy MediaMonkey Pro directly from you?

I went to Google Play store, purchased MediaMonkey Pro, "installed" it on my phone and there was no icon for the app so I uninstalled it within Google's 15 minute window and got a refund. (I think). Why can't you sell this to your customers from your website for those of us who can install it from our computers? What a pain. I would like to reinstall it but since it didn't go too well the first time and Google won't allow me to refund if it won't install on my phone coming from them, I don't want to be taken advantage of by them. I like doing business with you guys. I love MediaMonkey. I would like to try out the Android app. Help!
