Check out some of my mm3 skins I tried to make dj coco Marantz skin work in mm4 but as said by nohitter151 the option isn't available in the skin. Just thought I'd have one more easy on the eyes for you.

Unfortunately, for pretty much all the black themes/skins available, the highlighted song that is playing under the list "Play Now" is not very obvious at all. I have to look really hard to find where the song is in the "Play Now" list order because the highlighted bold white font of the song name that is playing looks too similar to the regular white font of the other song names. Is there a way to somehow fix this by perhaps having the entire line of the current song playing highlighted or by having the bold white font bolder? Thanks.
Unfortunately skinners do not have access to this. The currently playing track is always just a bolded version of the regular list text.

As a workaround you could try to set up the hotkey to focus & highlight the currently playing track.
