Currently, if your searching with the right case the wrong case should still show up alerting you to it (if there aren't too many of both to easily notice and edit).

Inversely, you could purposely search for an incorrect case (ex., to [i]quickly[/i] find, without messing with a script, all the titles that contain "To" instead of "to" or
an artist name like "Van halen")
