OK its Kinda fixed.

Its a Windows Explorer problem, and nothing to do with MM.

WMP and my LG TV all show the correct number of artists etc..

Windows Explorer only shows 200 when I hit the UPNP device from the network locations tab.

Not a big issue, but if anyone knows why this is and how to fix it it would be appreciated, as my kids want to add media to thier iTunes playlists etc.. which they can only do via drag'n'drop from Windows explorer at the moment.

By the way .. there is an option of how many files to show before it gives out letters. It is in the DLNA page of options. If you set this to 200, say, it will give letters and you select those.

I am not seeing this. I just did a quick check with mma and it showed for "A" some 500-600 (estimate .. don't want to count) files to scroll through.

Which version of MediaMonkey (both server and client copies) are you running?

I have an extensive library.

I have MediaMonkey Pro installed on a dedicated Window8.1 PC with MM acting as a DLNA/UPnP server.

To MM all albums and tracks are there and can be played.
If I connect with another PC using the MM Icon in the network tab, I can only see 200 items in any directory (this doesnt get me past the letter "B" in my list of albums.

If I connect to the Library with another copy of MM to the raw sharepath (//Servername/Datadirectory), everything is fine and all music is present.

where is this 200 limit set? how can I significantly increase it?
